Everything you need to know about booking with us
After submitting your booking request, our team will get back to you within 24 hours with a customized itinerary based on your preferences. Once you approve the itinerary, we'll ask for a deposit to secure your booking. The full payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
Our packages typically include accommodation, meals as specified in the itinerary, ground transportation, professional guides, park entrance fees, and activities mentioned in the itinerary. International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and some meals may not be included. Each package will clearly specify what's included and what's not.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the trip start date receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations between 59-30 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
The best time for wildlife viewing is during the dry seasons: January-February and June-October. The wildebeest migration in Masai Mara typically happens between July and October. However, Kenya is a year-round destination, and the rainy seasons (March-May and November-December) offer lush landscapes and fewer tourists.
Most visitors to Kenya require a visa. You can apply for an e-visa online before your trip through the official Kenyan government portal. We recommend applying at least two weeks before your departure. Some nationalities may be visa-exempt, so please check the current requirements for your country.
